Why are no scans being returned for REMITS using STID 703 within EngageOne Inform

Products Affected: EngageOne™ Inform/EngageOne™ Delivery Audit/Mail360 Data Manager™


 
Scans are only returned for Service Type Ids(STID) that are listed as Informed Visibility® Mail Tracking & Reporting ( IV® MTR) from the USPS to EngageOne™ Inform (previously called EngageOne™ Delivery Audit and Mail360 Data Manager™.)

The STID Table has these categories:
  • Basic or Nonautomation w/o IV® MTR*
  • Basic or Nonautomation with IV® MTR*
  • Full-Service w/o IV® MTR*
  • Full-Service with IV® MTR*
 Only the STIDs listed under the category that has ‘with IV® MTR*’ will have scans returned back from Informed Visibility.

STID 703 is listed under ‘Basic or Nonautomation w/o IV® MTR*’ so no scan will be returned.  It is better to use 050 which is listed under ‘Basic or Nonautomation with IV® MTR*’.  Informed Visibility will return scans for these mail pieces.
