What is the process to receive the Single Source ACS files from Mail360 Data Manager once the site has upgraded to Mail360 Data Manager v3.1 or later?
 
Answer:
There are 2 forms from the USPS.  First, these needs to be filled out and returned to the USPS. 
 
The first form (eACS001.pdf) will cover Single Source.
The second form (PS5116.pdf) is Electronic Product Fulfillment (EPF) web access. The site may have already completed this,  but if not, EPF access is required for Single Source download.
 
So the Mail360 Data Manager site should:
1 - Submit the forms to the USPS
2 - Get the confirmation from the USPS  that Single Source ACS has been setup (they will confirm via email).
3 - Upgrade the Mail360 Data Manager to the 3.1 version
4 - Let us know you are ready to implement Single Source. Once all that is complete, we will implement/change the STID within the Mail360 Data Manager Hub schedules. It should happen within a day.
