UPDATED: April 6, 2017

How can cell values be replaced with new values in a classified grid (MRR format) file using MapInfo Pro's Advance Raster features?

Use the Classify tool to reclassify the data.
Below are the steps to change cell values from OldValue to NewValue:

Solution 1 (Screenshot1):
-Open Classify Tool from RASTER tab >> Raster Operations >> Classify
-Select Output raster type as Classified
-Move the OldValue Class from "Existing Classes" section to "New Classes" section
-In New Classes section, rename the class to "NewValue"
-Click on Process

Solution 2 (Screenshot2):
-Open Classify Tool from RASTER tab >> Raster Operations >> Classify
-Select Output raster type as Classified
-Click on "Add Class" button
-Name this class as "NewValue"
-Drag the "OldValue" class over to "C" class (from "Existing Classes" section to "New Classes" section)
-Please note this step. If there are more classes in the dataset e.g. OldValue1, OldValue2, OldValue3 etc., all can be dragged over to "C" class to have the new class assigned in one go.
-Click on Process
