Updating the email address for your Your Account profile

Update your email address or learn how to move your online access to a new user.

Sign in to Your Account to update the email address associated with your online profile. 

Update your email address 

  1. Go to the signin page.
  2. If prompted, select a portal, otherwise, you will be directed to your Your Account dashboard. 
    • Your Account for billing, account management, leases and rentals 
    • Shipping 360 for the shipping and mailing cloud-based platform 
  3. Select the Your Account menu from the navigation bar and click Contact Information.
  4. Select the Edit button to the right of your email address.
  5. Enter the new email address
  6. Select the Save Changes button.
  7. A verification email will be sent to the new email address. Click the verification link within the email to complete the change. 
Important: The verification link expires 3 hours after the update was submitted and then will revert to the previous email.

Share your Your Account access with another person:

If someone new is taking over for you or another person needs online access, they will need to create their profile. If you have manager access to the accounts in your profile you can give access by using the Invite a Colleague  feature.
