Updating email notifications for your bill online

Using your account, you can choose to receive email notifications when your invoice or statement is available for payment. TIP: You must create your profile to access online billing features.
  1. Select this blue button to sign in here and go directly to your Billing Preferences:

  1. Once you sign in, under Billing Preferences is the section labeled: Paperless Billing & Notifications.
  2. Select the checkbox next to Current Statement or Invoice Available to receive an email when your invoice or statement is ready to be paid.
  3. Select Save Changes.
  4. You'll receive an email from Pitney Bowes confirming your changes.
  5. To unsubscribe from email notifications, uncheck the box, then select Save Changes.
