Checking your postage account balance on the DM100i-DM200i and DM110i-DM220i

Follow these instructions to check your postage account balance on the
DM100 / DM150 / DM200 and DM110i / DM160i / DM220i:
  1. Before you start, make certain your meter is connected in order to communicate with the Pitney Bowes Data Centre. We recommend connecting via SmartLink™
Button that provides access to order the SmartLink device
  1. Press the Add Postage key
  2. Select "Check PBP Balance"
  3. The meter connects to the Pitney Bowes Data Centre. Various screens display, showing the status of the process. Once connected, the amount in the account displays:
    • "Prepaid": the amount of prepaid funds remaining (Please note if you use Purchase Power you will need to login to Your Account  https://www.pitneybowes.co.uk/signin to view your balance. 
  4. When prompted to "Add Postage (Yes/No)":
    1. press the Yes key if you wish to add funds
    2. otherwise press No to return to the home screen.
NOTE: The meter will also check if there are any software updates available. To keep your meter up-to-date, follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the update(s).
