How to continue to use the miwfs namespace in WFS 2.0 - MapXtreme .NET v8.1

UPDATED: May 4, 2017

With the MapXtreme .NET 8.1 release certain namespace prefixes for Web Feature Service (WFS) have changed from 'miwfs' to 'mxt'. To prevent the need to update previous MapXtreme WFS configurations so that the entries prefixed with 'miwfs' are now prefixed with  'mxt', you can do the following:

Open your WFS .xml (sample one is WFSSample.xml)
Move the '<mxp-wfs:NamespaceUri prefix="miwfs" >http://www.mapinfo.com/wfs</mxp-wfs:NamespaceUri>' entry to the end of the list i.e.

<mxp-wfs:NamespaceUri prefix="cgf">http://www.opengis.net/cite/geometry</mxp-wfs:NamespaceUri>
<mxp-wfs:NamespaceUri prefix="miwfs" >http://www.mapinfo.com/wfs</mxp-wfs:NamespaceUri>
<mxp-wfs:NamespaceUri prefix="cdf">http://www.opengis.net/cite/data</mxp-wfs:NamespaceUri>
<mxp-wfs:NamespaceUri prefix="mxt">http://www.mapinfo.com/mxt</mxp-wfs:NamespaceUri>

to

<mxp-wfs:NamespaceUri prefix="cgf">http://www.opengis.net/cite/geometry</mxp-wfs:NamespaceUri>
<mxp-wfs:NamespaceUri prefix="cdf">http://www.opengis.net/cite/data</mxp-wfs:NamespaceUri>
<mxp-wfs:NamespaceUri prefix="mxt">http://www.mapinfo.com/mxt</mxp-wfs:NamespaceUri>
<mxp-wfs:NamespaceUri prefix="miwfs" >http://www.mapinfo.com/wfs</mxp-wfs:NamespaceUri>
