How to implement grid lines on a Report Template in Confirm

Product Feature: Data Sources / Scheduled Reports
In Confirm® you can add horizontal lines in a report/Report Template.
We suggest only adding horizontal because vertical lines require a lot more effort and are complex. 
Add horizontal lines in the report as follows:

Report with horizontal lines.

Verify, by switching between design-time and run-time modes, that there is enough space between the fields and lines in the report.
