How to disable black (spot K) ink on the Connect+ series and SendPro P series
Learn how to disable black (spot K) ink on the Connect+ 500W, Connect+ 1000, Connect+ 2000, Connect+ 3000, SendPro P1000, SendPro P1500, SendPro P2000, and SendPro P3000.

To disable black (spot K) ink:
If you want black disabled before you run out of black ink, please chat with us.
- Once all of the ink in the spot K (2) is depleted, you will have the option to disable spot K.
Note: Once disabled, do not wait more than 14 days to reinstall an ink cartridge in spot K. If you wait any longer, the ink in the lines will have dried and re-enabling it will cause irreparable damage.
