How to disable black (spot K) ink on the Connect+ series and SendPro P series

Products affected: Connect+® 500W, Connect+® 1000, Connect+® 2000, Connect+® 3000, SendPro® P1000, SendPro® P1500, SendPro® P2000, SendPro® P3000
To disable black (spot K) ink:
  1. Once all of the ink in the spot K (2) is depleted, you will have the option to disable spot K.
Note: Once disabled, do not wait more than 14 days to reinstall an ink cartridge in spot K. If you wait any longer, the ink in the lines will have dried and re-enabling it will cause irreparable damage.

If you want black disabled before you run out of black ink, contact customer support. Please have your model number ready.
