How to unlock locked items in EngageOne Designer V6.x

Product Feature: Work Center V6.x
When unlocking items with the Integrity Check Tool for V5, it called the stored procedure "tbUnlockall".

Although the Integrity Check Tool is not available with V6.x, this stored procedure is still available, and can be run within SQL if any items are locked using SQL Management Studio. From a query pane, select the database affected from the database dropdown (highlighted in red in the screenshot below), enter the procedure to be executed (highlighted in green in the screenshot below) and hit the "execute" option (highlighted in blue in the screenshot below):

Alternatively the following SQL script can also be used substituting "DOC1_Repository" with your database name, and ensuring that all users are logged out when this is run.

use [DOC1_Repository];
IF EXISTS(SELECT * FROM dbo.sysobjects WHERE id = OBJECT_ID(N'[dbo].[LogonSession]') AND OBJECTPROPERTY(id, N'IsUserTable') = 1)
DELETE LogonSession
ELSE IF EXISTS(SELECT * FROM dbo.sysobjects WHERE id = OBJECT_ID(N'[dbo].[Security_UserSession]') AND OBJECTPROPERTY(id, N'IsUserTable') = 1)
DELETE Security_UserSession;IF EXISTS(SELECT * FROM dbo.sysobjects WHERE id = OBJECT_ID(N'[dbo].[ExternalItemLock]') AND OBJECTPROPERTY(id, N'IsUserTable') = 1)
DELETE ExternalItemLock

Ensure that the database is backed up prior to running any SQL script or stored procedure.
