Replacing a license in EngageOne Server

In V3.1.x This should be achievable by stopping the application server, locating the original license file, replacing it with the new valid key file, and restarting the application server.

It's possible that EngageOne®  may have cached the old license, so it may also be necessary to restart EngageOne.

Since V4.x of EngageOne, the license file is no longer checked or asked for as part of the installation process, but all terms of the license must be complied with.
