How to use Support FTP with EngageOne and DOC1

Here are your login credentials:
 
 
Hostname: supportftp.g1.com
Username: XXXXXXXXXX
Password: YYYYYYYY
 
 
How to use FTP:
 
USING THE WINDOWS COMMAND PROMPT
 
Use the command prompt ftp:
1) Zip up all files you will send us into a single file. Name it with the following naming convention: YYYYMMDDcustomername.zip
2) Go to a Windows command prompt.
3) Change directories so that you are in the directory of the file you want to send us.
4) Type "ftp supportftp.g1.com" (without the quotes) and hit enter.
5) When prompted, enter the username and hit enter.
6) When prompted, enter the password and hit enter.
7) Move to your folder, i.e. cd XXXXXXXXXX.
8) Type "bin" (without the quotes) and hit enter.
9) Type "dir" to get a listing of the files in your folder
10)Type "put YYYYMMDDcustomername.zip" (without the quotes, where YYYYMMDDcustomername.zip is the name of your file) and hit enter, or "get filename" to download a file.
11) There will be a very long pause, with no indication of progress. When the file has completed, you will get a message on the screen saying so.
12) When the file has completed transferring, type "exit" (without quotes) or simply close the command prompt window to exit.
