Resetting the Spectrum client tools

Note: If services and/or stages are missing in the Management Console or Enterprise Designer, resetting the client tools may help. 

To reset the client tools, follow these steps:
  1. Open Windows Explorer.
  2. Navigate to C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\.
  3. Locate and delete the g1assemblies folder. 
Alternatively, to reset the client tools:
  1. Click Start > Run.
  2. Type %temp%.
  3. Locate and delete the g1assemblies folder.
