How to perform offline scan ingestion in EngageOne Delivery Audit, formerly Mail360 Data Manager

In a scenario where scan coming from USPS are not processed in Mail360 HUB then following are the steps for offline ingestion of the scans:

Following are the steps for offline ingestion of a scans:
  1. On the server where Data Manager is installed stop the Client Bus Service.
  2. On the server where Data Manager is installed, navigate to '<EODA_Install_Folder>\PitneyBowes\EngageOne\Delivery Audit\Data Manager Web Services\ClientBus.config.xml' and change the g1 in BridgeCheckServiceUri to g2.
  3. On the server where datamanager and client bus databsae is installed, navigate to Client Bus Database and execute 'SELECT id , memento FROM Client_Bus_DB.dbo.bridge_memento_queue'. Share the Bridge Memento Queue (BMQ) token with Pitney Bowes Software Support and start the Client Bus Service.
  4. Pitney Bowes Software Support will share the Token with Mail360 HUB Administrator. The HUB Administrator will share the offline scans and a new Bridge Memento Queue (BMQ) token with Pitney Bowes Software Support Engineers.
  5. Pitney Bowes Software Support will share the offline scans and Bridge Memento Queue (BMQ) token from received from Hub Administrator with the customer.
  6. Now, Customer will upload the offline scans using the ACS and Confirm Scan upload tool (Contact Pitney Bowes Software Support for Upload tool and steps to use it).
  7. After the scans are uploaded and queued up in the Large Message Queue in Data Manager Database, navigate to Control Panel -> Administrative Tool -> Computer Management and purge the mail260-clientbus-bridge-intreceive queue and insert new Bridge Memento Queue (BMQ) token in the Client Bus Bridge Memento Queue table.

8. Revert the changes made in step 2.

Note: Although ACS and Confirm Scan upload tool has been used in past to successfully upload the scans offline into system however this tool is not supported for any possible defect it may have (if there are any).
