How to reset user password in EngageOne Delivery Audit


 
Following are the steps to change/update new password for a user on EngageOne Delivery Audit (formerly known as Mail360 Data Manager) Identify Server Web.
  1. Login to Identity Server web using Super Administrator credentials
  2. Click on User -> Manage
  3. Enter the Name or email Address of the user whose password needs to changed/Updated and click on Submit.
  4. Click on the EODA_Email_Update_Pensil.png under 'Update'.
  5. Click on the 'Change Password' located below 'Group'.

6. In the 'Change Password' window, enter New Password and Confirm New Password.

If password does not get reset using these steps, contact Client Support.
