How to find out if it is possible for EngageOne to fail-over to an alternate LDAP server

Product Feature: Administration
EngageOne LDAP has no built-in fail-over method for the LDAP server. It will just try to connect to the configured server.

If there needs to be a fail-over capability for the LDAP servers then you should have them clustered, or configure the name resolution so that the host name resolves to the backup server.

You might also look at various LDAP proxy solutions which allow you to place a proxy in front of the actual LDAP servers. EngageOne only cares that the server it connects to responds to the standard LDAP commands.
