Adding postage to the DM100i-DM200i and DM110i-DM220i

Note: In order to add postage to your meter, you must have funds available in your Postage by Phone account, or be using Purchase Power®.

Follow these instructions to refill postage on your meter:
  1. Before you start, make certain your system is connected. In order to communicate with the Pitney Bowes Data Centre, We recommend connecting via SmartLink™
Button that provides access to order the SmartLink device
  1. Press the Add Postage key.
  2. Select Add another amount.
  3. Enter the desired amount on the keypad, then select Continue.
  4. Press Yes/Enter to confirm.
Note: If the meter is unable to connect to the Pitney Bowes Data Centre, see the DM100i-DM200i Connecting Your Product or DM110i-DM220i Connecting Your Product section for troubleshooting articles.
  1. After a successful refill you have the option to print a receipt. To print a receipt, select Yes and feed an envelope or tape sheet to print the receipt. If you do not wish to print a receipt, select No.
  2. The meter will check for any software updates. If the meter displays Update available, select Get Update Now press Enter/Yes and follow the prompts to download and install the updates. After any updates, the meter will display Install Successful.
  3. Once all actions are completed, press the Home button to return to the Home screen.
