Withdrawing funds from your DM100i-DM225

Products affected: DM100®i, DM125™, DM200L™, DM225™

 




Follow these steps to withdraw funds from your meter and return them to your account:
  1. Press Options.
  2. Press Page Down twice.
  3. Select Advanced Features.
  4. Press Page Down.
  5. Select Meter Withdraw.
  6. Select Transfer All Funds.
Once your funds are removed from your meter, they are transferred to the account or credit card from which they were taken. To use the funds on a replacement meter, see Adding or refilling postage, or visit our support site for assistance with other meter models.

Notes:
  • If you are returning, replacing or upgrading your meter and have any questions about the status of your postage return, see Managing your funds when returning, replacing or upgrading your meter
  • If your meter cannot connect to the Pitney Bowes Data Center, or if it has a blank screen, you cannot withdraw your funds. In this case, return your defective meter to Pitney Bowes and your funds will be credited to your account 7 - 10 business days after Pitney Bowes receives your meter. If your meter is being replaced, return only your meter, as your scale will not be replaced.
