How to remove funds from a DM100i, DM125, DM200L, and DM225 with an ink out or no ink tank detected message

Products affected: DM100®i, DM125™, DM200L™ DM225™
To remove the funds from a DM100i, DM125, DM200L, or DM225 that has an out of ink or no ink tank message:
  1. Select Seal Only Mode.
  2. Press Options.
  3. Press Page Down twice.
  4. Select Advanced Features.
  5. Press Page Down.
  6. Select Meter Withdrawal.
  7. Select Transfer All Funds From Meter To PBP Account.
  8. The meter will connect to the data center and return the funds to the account the funds originally came from.
