How to automatically advance the date on the DM100i, DM125, DM200L and DM225

The Autodate Advance feature automatically changes the meter's printed date to the next day at a specified time each day. By default, this occurs at 12:00 AM, but the system can be set to advance the date at another time of day, such as your mail pickup time. This feature can also be turned off.

To turn the Autodate Advance feature on or change the auto-advance time:
  1. Press Options.
  2. Press Page Down.
  3. Select Time and Timeouts.
  4. Select Autodate Advance.
  5. Press Clear.
  6. Enter the desired time by pressing just the numbers. For example, to enter one o'clock (1:00), type 100. To enter 12:01, type 1201.
  7. Select AM or PM.
  8. Select Continue. The display returns to the Time and Timeouts menu.
  9. Press Clear to return to Options menu, or Home to return to the Main screen.
To turn Autodate Advance off:
  1. Press Options.
  2. Press Page Down.
  3. Select Time and Timeouts.
  4. Select Autodate Advance.
  5. Select Disable. The display returns to the Time and Timeouts menu (and the time will automatically change to 12:00 AM).
  6. Press Clear to return to Options menu, or Home to return to the Main screen.
