The preset feature allows you to save postage values tied to:
  • Class
  • Weight
  • Envelope ad
  • Inscription
  • Departmental account
Note: The meter can only hold one preset.

To turn the preset on:
  1. Press Menu.
  2. Press Review (down) until the display says Change Setup?
  3. Press Enter.
  4. Press Review (down) until the display says Use Preset Setup?
  5. Press Enter.
  6. Press Review (down) until the display says Turn preset on?
  7. Press Enter. A message confirms your choice.
  8. View your preset values if needed.
  9. When finished, press Clear once and follow the prompts to return to the Main screen.
To turn the preset off:
  1. Press Menu.
  2. Press Review (down) until the display says Change Setup?
  3. Press Enter.
  4. Press Review (down) until the display says Use Preset Setup?
  5. Press Enter.
  6. Press Review (down) until the display says Turn preset Off?. A message confirms your choice.
  7. Press No to return to the Main screen.
