Running a test print on the DM100i-DM200i and DM110i-DM220i

Watch this video, or follow the steps below, to print a test pattern on the DM100i / DM150i / DM200i and DM110i / DM160i / DM220i, and purge the meter.


 
Follow these steps to do a print test:
  1. Press Options
  2. Press Page Down
  3. Select Advanced Features.
  4. Select Maintenance Mode.
  5. Select Printer Maintenance.
  6. Select Test Print.
  7. When prompted, insert an envelope.
  8. When the machine displays the Is test pattern OK? prompt, do one of the following:
    • If the test pattern is OK, press Yes. The screen returns to the PM Maintenance menu.
    • If the test pattern is not OK, press No. The system executes a purge. This may take a few moments. When finished the machine will prompt you to print another test print, insert another envelope and repeat step 8.
  9. Press Home to return to the Home screen.
