Products affected: DM100®i, DM125™, DM200L™, DM225™
- Press Reports.
- DM100i and DM200L only: Select Printable report.
- Press Page down.
- Select Error report.
- When prompted, insert an envelope or tape sheet. For multi-page reports, the machine will prompt you to insert another envelope or tape sheet.
- After the report is printed, the screen returns to the Printable Reports menu.
- Press Clear to return to the Report type menu, or press Home to return to the Home screen.
