How to print the error report on the DM100i, DM125, DM200L and DM225

Products affected: DM100®i, DM125™, DM200L™, DM225™
  1. Press Reports.
  2. DM100i and DM200L only: Select Printable report.
  3. Press Page down.
  4. Select Error report.
  5. When prompted, insert an envelope or tape sheet. For multi-page reports, the machine will prompt you to insert another envelope or tape sheet.
  6. After the report is printed, the screen returns to the Printable Reports menu.
  7. Press Clear to return to the Report type menu, or press Home to return to the Home screen.
