Issues with connections to Confirm OnDemand FTP Sites

Products affected: Confirm®, Confirm® OnDemand
If you are unable to connect to, or become disconnected from, a Confirm® OnDemand FTP site please raise a new case with the Confirm Technical Support team.

Please provide as much information, including where possible:
  • The credentials the customer (or the process) is trying to use.
  • Details of any interfaces or integrations that instantiate the FTP connections that are being made.
  • The exact error message, or sequence of error messages being received.
  • Any error log, log or trace files, including those spooled from FTP sessions and those populated by the aforementioned interfaces/integrations.
