Not able to click on any icons Confirm OnDemand

UPDATED: April 21, 2017


When logged into Confirm OnDemand it will not allow you to click on any icons and Confirm appears to have frozen.

This is caused by the dashboards caching within the environment.

Navigate to the user security screen, find your user and click on the 'clear dash' button.
