Changing your modem speed on the DM100i-DM225

Products affected: DM100®i, DM125™, DM200L™, DM225™
A slower modem speed may resolve your issue if you have connection issues.
  1. Press Options.
  2. Press Page Down twice.
  3. Select Connect-Data Center.
  4. Select Phone Parameters.
  5. Press Page Down.
  6. Select Modem Parameters.
  7. Select Modem Speed.
    1. Select Change to: twice.
    2. Select Save and exit.
  1. After changing the modem speed, restart the meter:
    1. Unplug the power cord.
    2. Wait one full minute.
    3. Plug the power cord back in, ensuring that it is plugged directly into a wall outlet.
