How to trigger "Complete" status for a job in PI OfficeMail

1. After BSV, MOD and TKT is picked up by Output Manager's Connect-Spl client and processed, an OUT file will be generated at the Bundle Server's \Ofma\VIPProcessedFiles directory
(sample attached, 1BA20999-FB6A-4823-8212-A7C696AF6C98_BLACK AND WHITE_SIMPLEX_DL_FIRST CLASS_SAMPLE COMPANY.OUT)

2.
Bundle service at Bundle Server will process this OUT file into NOUT file
(<admin service IP address>_85df710d-cc78-4cec-84a6-39ce5397370aOutFiles.Nout)

3. SFTP Service at the Admin/Web Server will pick the NOUT file and Admin service then process it to NOUT.P01 file (kept in the OfficeMail's IN folder), and which will change the job status to "Completed"
(85df710d-cc78-4cec-84a6-39ce5397370aOutFiles.Nout.PO1)

4. The OUT file path
at the Bundle Server's \Ofma\VIPProcessedFiles directory is defined in Output Manager's profile e.g.
POSTJOBCOMMAND=ECHO Completed "%hostjobname" > C:\OFMA\VIPProcessedFiles\"%hostjobname.out"
