Setting up a proxy server on the Connect+ series and SendPro P series

If your network requires a proxy server, you must contact your IT department or service provider to obtain the proxy server information required, and then you must contact Pitney Bowes to set up your proxy server.
Products affected: Connect+® 500W, Connect+® 1000, Connect+® 2000, Connect+® 3000, SendPro® P1000, SendPro® P1500, SendPro® P2000, SendPro® P3000
The proxy settings are not user configurable, so you must contact Pitney Bowes to set up your proxy server.

If your network requires a proxy server, you must:
  1. Contact your IT department or service provider to obtain the proxy server information required to set up a proxy server.
  2. Contact Pitney Bowes to set up your proxy server.
