How to set page size and embed fonts within a MicroSoft Office Word document to be ingested into Office Mail

Following are steps to set page size and embed fonts within a MicroSoft (MS) Office Word document:

To set page size
This section describes how to configure MS Word 2007/2010 to ensure that the page size specified during document creation is honored in OfficeMail. 

The default MS Word 2007/2010 settings cause all documents to be sent to OfficeMail either as size A4 or 8.5" x 11".

Page sizing
This setting needs to be changed to allow documents to be submitted with the correct page size.
To do this, follow the procedure, below:
1. Open MS Word 2007/2010.
2. From the File menu select Options.
3. From the resultant dialog select Advanced.
4. Scroll down until the Print section is visible.
5. Deselect Scale content for A4 or 8.5 x 11 paper sizes.
6. Click OK.

To embed fonts:
It is required to embed TrueType fonts within the MS Office Word document:
1. Open MS Word 2007/2010.
2. From the File menu select Options.
3. From the resultant dialog select Save.
4. Scroll down until the Preserve fidelity when sharing this document section is visible.
5. Select All Documents.
6. Select Embed fonts in the file.
7. Click OK and save the document
8. Double check if the "Embed fonts in the file" is definitely ticked after saving the document.
