Portrait Dialogue - can a questionnaire recipient alter their previously supplied answers after they have been submitted?


 
Questionnaire Properties on the Web access tab has Customers can change existing answers option.
When the option is checked and the questionnaire is sent then a customer can change their answers to this questionnaire.

The previous answers will be replaced in the Portrait Dialogue database in QRY_ANSWER table.

When Customer can change their existing answers option is not checked then any attempts to reply to an already submitted questionnaire will show the message:

Also, note that deleting any existing responses from the QRY_ANSWER table for that questionnaire will still not make it possible to submit new answers for the questionnaire.
