How to set the Officer on Enquiry Subject and Enquiry Subject Site

When the Enquiry Service and Enquiry Subject is set on the Customer Enquiry screen the Officer field is set from the Officer on the Enquiry Subject screen.  However this can be over-ruled and a different Officer used if there is an entry on the Enquiry Subject Site screen.

If the Officer on the Customer Enquiry screen changes the Status Log records the name of the user who was logged in when the change was made. If it has been changed by Task processor then it would be the supervisor of the Task Processor.
