Confirm - Enabling the 'Enquiries Data Key' Field on the 'Action Officer' Screen

The 'Enquiries Data Key' functionality is derived from the 'Assign Data Key Manually' check box setting in the 'User Security' screen (System Administration -> Security -> User Security). In other words the 'Enquiries Data Key' field in the  'Action Officer' screen will not be available unless this security option is set appropriately.

As this is a per-user setting, for the user in question check the option 'Assign Data Key Manually' in the User Security screen. The 'Enquiries Data Key' column will thereafter be visible in the 'Action Officer' screen.
