How to change the rejection reasons for a specific customer in PI Office Mail

You can configure reasons for rejection on Admin Website, clicking on Configuration tab, Email, Rejection resasons configuration.

Please find attached the Admin Website user guide, details are on page 116.

Also you can edit Rejected Job Email details on Email configuration tab to change a default template.
