Learn how to change the modem string on a mailstation or mailstation2.
Products affected: mailstation™ and mailstation2™
The modem string should be changed if the meter is having issues connecting over an analog phone line. Follow these steps:
- Press Menu
- Scroll and choose Change Setup
- Scroll and choose Change Communication Settings
- Scroll and choose Change Modem String to Use
- Press Enter to continue
- Toggle between Primary and Secondary using the arrows. Press Enter after the selection and press No to exit.
