How to locate the output traytag or pallet tag file in a MailStream Plus job (or other files)

Product Affected:  MailStream Plus™
Operating System: Windows or UNIX/Linux

I am running a MailStream Plus job.  It ends normally, but now I cannot find or locate my tray tag or pallet tag files in my UNIX/Linux or Windows job.

On Windows, your job uses a jobname.bat file.  In this batch script determines where the job sends the output.
Locate the dd name of MSRDTRA to locate where the traytag file will be written :

SET DD_MSRDTRA=%G1MSP%\data\%G1JOB%.TRA
Locate the dd name MSRDPLT to locate where the pallet tag file will be written:
SET DD_MSRDPLT=%G1MSP%\data\%G1JOB%.LAB

On UNIX/Linux in the job script jobname.job, determines where the job sends the output.

Locate the dd name of MSRDTRA to locate where the traytag file will be written :

DD_MSRDTRA="${G1MSP}/data/${G1JOB}.tra";        export DD_MSRDTRA

Locate the dd name MSRDPLT to locate where the pallet tag file will be written:

DD_MSRDPLT="${G1MSP}/data/${G1JOB}.lab";        export DD_MSRDPLT

You can change these value to write the output to any directory.

You can also do the reverse.
Once the job has been run you can open the jobname.log file to see where output was written.
On Windows
Locate the dd name of MSRDTRA to locate where the traytag file was written :
D_MSRDTRA=C:\PROGRA~2\Group1\MSP\data\IVP.TRA

Locate the dd name MSRDPLT to locate where the pallet tag file was written:
DD_MSRDPLT=C:\PROGRA~2\Group1\MSP\data\IVP.LAB

On UNIX/Linux
Locate the dd name of MSRDTRA to locate where the traytag file was written :
DD_MSRDTRA:   -rw-rw-r-- 1 pbuser g1-cs 0 Jun  8 16:08 /user/g1/msn/data/ivp.tra

Locate the dd name MSRDPLT to locate where the pallet tag file was written:

DD_MSRDPLT:   -rw-rw-r-- 1 pbuser g1-cs 0 Jun  8 16:08 /user/g1/msn/data/ivp.lab
