Does Mail360 Data Manager offer intermittent scans of activity to know that the USPS is processing the mail or just delivered only?
 
If you go to Chapter 2, of the MAIL360_DATA MANAGER_USER GUIDE , you will see the Statuses of the Outbound mailpieces can be found:
 
For an outbound mailpiece
– New — A new mailpiece has been created.
– Prepared — A new mailpiece has been created and the corresponding Mail.dat file has been ingested.
– Spoiled — The mailpiece has been damaged.
– Mailed — The mailpiece has been shipped but has not been delivered to the recipient yet.
– Forwarded — The mailpiece has not been delivered to the recipient, but there is a change of address for that recipient.
– *Delivered — The mailpiece has been delivered to the recipient.
*Note Delivered according to the USPS is the last scan performed by the USPS facility.
– Undeliverable — The mailpiece cannot be delivered to the specified address, nor can be forwarded to a new address.
