Permissions questions on running MailStream Plus jobs on Windows 2012

Product Affected:  MailStream Plus™
Operating System: Windows 2012

User is testing MailStream Plus™ on the Windows platform
They are finding that they have to run as Administrator on the Windows Server 2012 R2 server.

Is there anything they can do to change that?
They are trying to place a .bat file in a folder, then they will run a job that looks for the .bat file and executes it.
They are finding issues with Permissions.

The Windows 2012 operating system has increased security that earlier versions of Windows operating systems didn't have.
They will have to increase the permissions on the user name that will run these jobs to make them run.
