How to create temp ad-hoc from PDF via Printer Driver with OfficeMail OFMA

Make sure user has role to access Temporary Ad-Hoc.
To create temp ad-hoc from PDF via Printer Driver, user need drag and drop the PDF to PrintDlg.exe.
You can find out the PrintDlg.exe path at the registry e.g.

Then submit the PDF via "Print to File" to upload it as temp ad-hoc.

Please note that "opening the PDF at Adobe Reader, and print the PDF from there" is not supported.
So this method cannot be use to create temp ad-hoc too.
