How to print the date and time received on incoming mail on the Connect+ series and SendPro P series

Products affected: Connect+® 500W, Connect+® 1000, Connect+® 2000, Connect+® 3000, SendPro® P1000, SendPro® P1500, SendPro® P2000, SendPro® P3000
The Received date and time option allows you to print the current time and date, along with the word “Received” on incoming mail. If you have already created a received date and time job, open the job and begin running mail.

To create a received data and time job:
  1. On the Run Mail screen, select Options.
  2. Select Create new job.
  3. Select Received date and time.
  4. Select OK.
  5. Select the following print options:
    • Print "Received"
    • Print date
    • Print time
Note: When printing date or time, the sealer is set to off.
  1. If an accounting is enabled, you will need to select an account.
  2. Select Start or Tape.
  3. To save the job, select the Save As at the top of the screen.
  4. Enter the job name.
  5. Select OK.
