Issues with EngageOne Video playback


 
The client reported issues playing back the video.

Support raised a JIRA with the EOV engineers, who were able to determine (via logs on their end) that the issue likely had to do with a firewall sitting between the RTC servers and the end users' server.

If the video is a project available in the Admin Portal, session analysis is available in the Reporting section - the client's UID will likely be needed to see the failed session.
