How to retrieve EngageOne Work I.D. for successful delivery

Is there a way to view the EngageOne Work I.D. in the Interactive Correspondent for a successful delivery?

The work items only show in the EngageOne Interactive Correspondent until they are processed successfully.  Once they are processed, the work item will no longer show.  The software is performing as designed.  Please review the documentation "EngageOne Interactive Users Guide" for a description of all work item statuses.
