How to configure Access Pool in OfficeMail

For Officemail 4.0

At the Admin Website, please choose User Admin
And then go to Access tab
Please select the appropriate company.at the top-left corner.
Edit/Add an Access Pool will allow you to add new role(s) and member(s) for the specific Access Pool.

For Officemail 3.9:

At the Admin Website, go to Organisation tab, click on Access tab.
Please select the appropriate company.at the top-left corner.
Edit/Add an Access Pool will allow you to add new role(s) and member(s) for the specific Access Pool.
Please note that added role/member will not appear in the selection list when you attempt to add them again.
