How to use the Change Order button with Data Object properties in the Portrait Foundation Configuration Suite

Product Feature: Configuration suite
When an editable Data Object (DO) is selected in the Portrait Foundation Configuration Suite, you see the Change Order button in the ribbon, it is designed to act upon the children of the selected object. You can see this elsewhere in the Configuration Suite.
So why do we see the Change Order button when we select a Data Object property?
The clue is that when we do select one, there is a 'Children' tab in the panel on the right.
These optional children are the Data Object's Property Descriptors.
If you select a DO property and then click the Property Descriptor button in the ribbon, it allows you to add one of six types of Property Descriptor to the individual DO property (see example below).

Once you have added some Property Descriptors, you can click the Change Order button and you will see the descriptors listed in the Order Manipulation dialog.
At this point, you can change the order of the Property Descriptors, and their new order is reflected in the Config Suite.
