Updating the address of your product or billing location using your account

If a product or equipment is moved to a new location, or to edit the billing address to a new company location, you can easily make changes online.
  1. Sign in to your account online.
  2. On the home page, in the Your Products section, scroll through the list to locate the item you wish to update the address.
    Note: If your only Pitney Bowes product is SendPro™ or pbSmartPostage™, then the Your Products section of your account may not be displayed. Contact client support by phone or by chat to update your address.
  3. To the right of the product name, next to Location, select the edit link.

Expand the product by selecting the + icon.

Select the edit link above the address.

TIP: Only seven products are displayed on the home page. To update the address of different product(s) or service, select the View All button.
  1. In the Edit Address window, modify address information as needed.
TIP: Save time and make simultaneous updates, if applicable. Select the appropriate check boxes:
  • Update All Products on this account with this information
  • Update billing address with this information

  1. When you finish updating your information, select the I agree to the Pitney Bowes Terms & Conditions box, then select Next.​
  2. You will be prompted to verify the edited address:
  • If the address shown is correct, select Confirm. If not, select Edit and correct the information.
  • After selecting Confirm, you will be directed to a page that lists all locations linked to your account, and you will see the message: “Thank you. Your account has been added.”
  1. You will receive an email confirming the updates shortly after the changes have been made online.
Note: If you do not see all of your Pitney Bowes items, review how to add an account.
