Updating the physical location or billing address of your product using your account

You can change the physical location or billing address for your products using Your Account:
 
    Use Manage Accounts Access to change your physical location or your billing address
    1. Click directly on the button to sign in and go directly to Manage Accounts Access > Accounts I Access:

    1. On the page, Accounts I Access, locate the Account for the address you wish to update. Under the column labeled 'City,State', select the link, Change.

    1. Change your address information.
    2. Select the appropriate 'Yes/No' blue boxes to update the physical location of your equipment and/or the billing address.
    3. ​​After you update your address, select checkbox, I agree to the Pitney Bowes Terms & Conditions; then select Next.​
    4. Select Confirm if the address shown is correct.  [If not, select Edit to correct the address.]
    5. The next page shows the message: “Change of Address Successfully Submitted”. Select Confirm. [You will then see your old address displayed.]
    6. Once the changes have been implemented online, you will get a confirmation email.
     
    Use Your Products to update the physical location of your products or change your billing address
    1. Sign in to your account online.
    2. On the Home page, scroll to the Your Products section and find the product that needs an address update.
    3. Select the Change address link above the product name.

    1. Modify your address information. Select the appropriate 'Yes/No' blue boxes to update the physical location of your equipment and/or the billing address.

    1. ​​​After you update your address, select checkbox, I agree to the Pitney Bowes Terms & Conditions; then select Next.​
    2. Select Confirm if the address shown is correct.  [If not, select Edit to correct the address.]
    3. The next page shows the message: “Change of Address Successfully Submitted”. Select Confirm. [You will then see your old address displayed.]
    4. Once the changes have been implemented online, you will get a confirmation email.
    If you have more than one account, an Account Support case will be automatically created for you to implement your address changes. An agent will notify you when your changes have been made online.
     
    Use Create a case to change your address
    If your only Pitney Bowes product is SendPro® or pbSmartPostage™, then the Your Products section of your account may not be displayed.
    Click on this button here to sign in and create an Account Support case so an agent can help you update your address.
