What payment methods does Pitney Bowes accept

Use the following payment options to ensure that your payments and deposits are credited without delay:

Online Payments:
Pay your bills online through Your Account. All you need is your email address and the account number from your invoice or statement to enroll and create your online profile.
  • Sign in to your account.
  • Once signed in, select View & Pay Bills.
  • Follow the prompts to enroll your Pitney Bowes account(s) and create a Payment Profile.
  • From the View & Pay Bills screen, select the invoice or statement you wish to pay.
  • Select Make Payment and follow the prompts for completing your secure payment.
Once you add your accounts, you can choose to get your statements electronically, set up automatic payments, schedule future payments, view your invoice history, and more.

Checks:
  • Send the payment coupon with checks.
  • Do not use staples or paper clips.
  • Write your account number on the memo line of the check.
  • Use the window envelope provided.
  • Send payments to the address on the remittance coupon that will display in the window envelope. Ensure your AP system has the same remit to address.
  • If sending multiple check payments to pay many accounts, include all payment coupons. Check payments should equal stub amounts.
  • If you send a check payment and you cannot include your coupon, add your billing account number to your check as a reference.
  • Remit to the correct address.

Rental, Supplies and Service Invoices:
  • Credit Card and ACH payments can be made through our automated telephone system (no charge).
  • Payments made before 5pm ET will be processed within 24 hours. Payments made after 5pm ET will be processed within 48 hours. Payments made Friday - Sunday will be posted the following Monday.
Lease Invoices:
  • Credit Card and ACH payments can be made through our automated telephone system (no charge).
  • Payments made before 5pm ET will be processed within 24 hours. Payments made after 5pm ET will be processed within 48 hours. Payments made Friday - Sunday will be posted the following Monday.

Payments by phone with an Account Support Agent:
Rental, Supplies, Service and Lease Invoices:
  • ACH payments can be made over the phone by contacting the phone number referenced on your invoice. There is a minimal processing fee.
  • Credit Card payments can be made over the phone by contacting the phone number referenced on your invoice (no charge).
  • Payments made before 5pm ET will be processed within 24 hours. Payments made after 5pm ET will be processed within 48 hours. Payments made Friday - Sunday will be posted the following Monday. 

Purchase Power® or Pitney Bowes Postage Statement:
  • ACH payments can be made over the phone by contacting the phone number referenced on your statement. There is a minimal processing fee.
Note: Credit and debit cards are not accepted for Purchase Power accounts.
  • Payments made before 5pm ET will be processed within 24 hours. Payments made after 5pm ET will be processed within 48 hours. Payments made Friday - Sunday will be posted the following Monday.
