Ordering a Custom Logo or Envelope Message for the DM100i-DM475, DM Infinity or mailstation series
Learn how to order and create a custom logo (ad), envelope message, or graphic on the mailstation, mailstation2, DM100i, DM125, DM200L, DM225, DM300C, DM400C, DM450C, DM475 and DM Infinity.

Envelope Messaging allows you to print a message, slogan or logo on any piece of mail. This feature is a great, cost-effective way to reach customers and prospects with a high-impact message, printed directly from your meter onto the mailpiece.
The maximum number of envelope messages a meter can save:
- mailstation/mailstation2 can hold a maximum of 15 messages including the 9 pre-loaded images.
- DM100i, DM125, DM300c, DM400C, DM475 meters can hold a maximum of 20 messages including the 9 pre-loaded images.
Ordering a custom logo or envelope message
- Sign in to Your Account.
- If prompted, select Your Account Business Portal, otherwise, you will be directed to your Your Account dashboard.
- In the Your Products section, select the product for which you wish to create a custom message.
- From the Popular Tasks menu, select Envelope Messaging
- You will be redirected to a page to create a case.
- Select the button I want a custom Envelope Message.
You have two options to create an envelope message.
Option 1: Upload an image with text
- Select Add an attachment to upload an image with text exactly as you would like it to appear on the envelope.
- Enter the complete message details in the details about your case field.
- Select Submit.
- An email with instructions to download your envelope message to your meter will be sent within 3 business days.
Option 2: Upload your message as text
- In the Details about your case field include:
- The exact text of the message (Up to 5 lines of text)
- Font Style (Arial is recommend as it is the easiest to read).
- Text justification (Left, Right, Centered)
- Location of the image in relation to any text (if applicable)
- Attach an image file if desired.
- Select Submit.
