Changing your bill delivery method online

Using your account, you can easily change your bill delivery method to receive paperless or paper bills.  TIP: You must create your profile to access online billing features.
  1. Select this blue button to sign in here and go directly to your Billing Preferences:

  1. In the section, Paperless Billing & Notifications > Paperless Billing, select the checkbox(es) next to the Account Number(s) you want to go paperless.
NOTE: For accounts you select, you will no longer receive a paper bill. Instead, you'll receive email notifications when statements and invoices are available to view and pay online.
 
  1. Select the checkbox under Email Notifications > Current Statement or Invoice Available to generate email notifications when your invoice or statement can be paid.

  1. Select the Save Changes button when you have completed updating your delivery settings.
  2. You'll receive an email from Pitney Bowes confirming your changes.


To return to paper mail delivery of your invoices or statements: 
  1. Sign In to your account online.
  2. Under Billing Preferences, select Paperless Billing & Notifications
  3. Unselect the checkbox(es) for the bills you wish to receive by paper delivery under Paperless Billing.
  4. Select the Save Changes button when you have completed updating your delivery settings.
  5. You'll receive an email from Pitney Bowes confirming your changes.
