How to update your bill delivery method online

Using your pitneybowes.com account, you can easily change your bill delivery method to receive paperless (email) or paper bills.
Follow these steps to subscribe to paperless delivery of your invoices or statements:
  1. Sign In to your account online.
  2. Under Your Financials, select the button: View & Pay Bills.
  3. Select SETTINGS.
  4. Select Notifications.
  5. Select the checkbox next to Current Statement or Invoice Available to generate an email when your invoice or statement can be paid.
  6. Select the checkbox next to the invoices or statements you wish to receive by paperless (email) delivery under Bill delivery options.

  1. Select the Save Changes button when you have completed updating your delivery settings.
  2. Receive an email from Pitney Bowes confirming your changes.

Follow these steps to return to paper delivery of your invoices or statements: 
  1. Sign In to your account online.
  2. Under Your Financials, select the button: View & Pay Bills.
  3. Select SETTINGS.
  4. Select Notifications.
  5. Remove the check from the checkbox for bills you wish to receive by paper delivery under Bill delivery options.
  6. Select the Save Changes button when you have completed updating your delivery settings.
  7. Receive an email from Pitney Bowes confirming your changes.
