Making a funds transfer payment

When making either a BACS or CHAPS payment to Pitney Bowes, please be aware of the below:

When transferring funds always quote the invoice/statement number or your Pitney Bowes account number being paid. 

Email your remittance advice to pbremittances.uk@pb.com.

Payments can take between 3 and 5 working days to be received into the Pitney Bowes’ bank account and then allocated to your account. 

If we have received a remittance advice, funds will be applied to your account 1 working day after being received.  

You will find a remittance slip attached to your invoice for ease of reference.

Please ensure you include the Pitney Bowes account number you are paying in to.
