Viewing and printing your invoices

Manage, view, print and save your invoices/statements in one central location by using our dedicated online billing tool Your Account

Once you have registered each of your Pitney Bowes accounts, you will be able to access your invoices within the "Your Financials" section of the Your Account tool.

Please Note: If you are unable to see your invoices/statement within Your Account, the billing account may not have been registered in the system and will need to be re added.

To view your invoices follow the below:
 

Postage By Phone, Rentals & Consumables invoices
  1. Log into Your Account
  2. Scroll down to Your Financials and select ‘Accounts’ beside Postage by Phone
  3. On the next page select ‘Invoices’

       4. Select the ‘Account Nickname’ to view from the Account Information drop down box

       Note: Locating a particular statement/invoice depends on the payment status:
  • If the invoice is Outstanding, it may display directly on the main screen, under Outstanding Invoice.
  • If the invoice has already been paid or closed for any other reason, locate it on the My Cleared Invoices page. This page is accessed by selecting My Cleared Invoices in the blue left-hand toolbar within View Bill and Invoices section. The My Cleared Invoices screen contains paid or cancelled invoices. Note: Records are stored for up to 18 months.

        5. Once you identify the invoice you wish to view select the ‘Invoice Date’ to open the invoice
 
 
Purchase Power Invoices
 
  1. Log into Your Account
  2. Under Your Financials click on View Activity beside Purchase Power
  3. Locate the account you wish to view statements for and select Submit
  4. Select the billing period you would like to view

         5. Once you have selected the period you wish to view the statement will appear below
         6. To print a copy of this statement select Print Friendly
